Surge Suppression Incorporated ® and our affiliated companies, are manufacturers of a complete line of quality Transient Voltage Surge Suppression devices for AC and DC power, data and telecommunications. We started business in 1982 as an independent distributor of SPD devices. Over the years, we provided both quality SPD devices and quality service to our customers. Due to a myriad of circumstances, we decided to found Surge Suppression Incorporated ®. The stated purpose was the manufacture of devices of superior quality and performance which would exceed the standards of the products we sold before. Surge Suppression Incorporated ® and our affiliated companies share the same staff, offices and manufacturing facility. Each company is separate and distinct and markets to different market segments.

Surge Suppression Incorporated ® continues to supply the commercial and industrial segments of the market and is involved with electrical power utilities on a joint effort to supply SPD devices to their residential and commercial customers. Additionally we provide electrical power quality analysis and recommendations for solutions to power quality problems. Surge Suppression Incorporated ® has developed working relationships with a large number of engineering firms and is currently listed as the approved SPD manufacturer on all current and future project design bid specs for those firms.
