In addition to services regarding these aforementioned units and products, ECS's Service Department also offers one time service sales of preventative maintenance, battery installs, corrective service calls, evaluation visits and also site surveys.
By offering service plans that range from basic replacement of units to full site coverage (including parts and labor) to all inclusive ultimate protection plans ranging from a single year to multiple year terms.
Plans for the future include expanding the scope of the Service Department both domestically and internationally as well as expanding capacity regarding generator services, power quality analysis and extended battery service offerings.
